Welcome to ZCSRA Multi-ID System !.

You can now apply for Identity Cards for Government and Non-government entities. You are required to create a profile with your organization and contact person details . Your account will be created and you can login to proceed with the application and further processes.

Applicants will be notified through their e-mails whether their applications have been accepted or rejected. They may also track their application statuses once you login to your account. Applicants can renew or request for employee ID replacement via their account.

Special case applicants can request for a payment waiver or delay and receive approval/denial feedback via the system.

  2. 2. Login to your account and apply for IDs , by uploading your ID Layout and adding your employees details
  3. 3. Wait for your application to be assesed
  4. 4. If approved , request for control number and make payment
  5. 5. View status to know if your IDs are ready
